Data does not match carrier site

Data update frequency

Vizion retrieves new data from the carrier every 12 hours. It is possible to configure a shorter tracking frequency if needed. If you notice a different date for a milestone, it is likely due to the carrier data being updated before Vizion's scheduled retrieval. Vizion will capture the latest data at the next 12 hour interval.

At the next update interval, Vizion will replace the 8/8 ETA with the new 8/10 ETA.

Connection type

We have multiple connection strategies for each carrier. Sometimes, there may be discrepancies between fields in the UI and our payload because we use different data available in the API compared to what is in the UI. If you have questions about a specific piece of data, please send us the reference ID and the data field in question.
